Ratusz we Wrześni jest zlokalizowany przy północno-wschodnim narożniku Rynku. Został wybudowany w stylu neogotyckim w latach 1909-1910. Jest to obiekt trójkondygnacyjny z czerwonej cegły. Na narożniku budynku tuż przed wejściem głównym znajduje się kamienny kartusz z herbem miasta. Najważniejszym pomieszczeniem jest sala obrad rady miejskiej, w której znajdują się witraże z herbami.
The Town Hall in Września is located at the north-eastern corner of the Market Square. It was built in the neo-Gothic style in 1909-1910. It is a three-story building made of red brick. On the corner of the building, right in front of the main entrance, there is a stone cartouche with the city's coat of arms. The most important room is the city council meeting room, where there are stained glass windows with coats of arms.
Das Rathaus in Września befindet sich an der nordöstlichen Ecke des Marktplatzes. Es wurde zwischen 1909 und 1910 im neugotischen Stil erbaut. Es ist ein dreistöckiges Gebäude aus rotem Backstein. An der Gebäudeecke, direkt vor dem Haupteingang, befindet sich eine Steinkartusche mit dem Stadtwappen. Der wichtigste Raum ist der Sitzungssaal des Stadtrats, in dem sich Buntglasfenster mit Wappen befinden.
